Salmon is pan-fried at high heat to ensure a nice, crispy finish on the outside but a moist and tender inside. Chef Andres cooks the salmon with a Cajun seasoning that's full of flavor and packs a spicy punch. The medium level of heat goes perfectly with fresh avocado sauce and a refreshing cucumber salsa to cool everything off.

Delicious combination of flavors and texture. Lighter meal that still manages to fulfill lunch time.

By the time my salmon was hot, it was dry and tough! It needs to be undercooked on your end so when it’s reheated, it’s not overcooked!!!

The salmon with avocado sauce was really tasty! However, the cucumber salsa didn’t hold up well during the trip; it looked a bit aged and mushy, which was a bit disappointing.
