As a cheesesteak lover, I thought this tasted very good. The cheese tasted strong. I paid extra for this dish so I wish the meat was less grizzly and chewy. Higher quality meat is what it needs.

Cheese sauces always struggle with separation on reheating. This dish did tolerably in the microwave. It might do better in the oven. The veggies were a little murdered and not browned like I'd want.
