Indulge in the tantalizing flavors of the herb-marinated, grilled steak with chimichurri! This dish features succulent hanger steak, marinated in extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, and a blend of fresh herbs. The steak is then grilled to caramelized perfection and topped with a vibrant and tangy chimichurri sauce made from Italian parsley, cilantro, and garlic. The steak is paired with Chef Andres' version of classic steakhouse sides, lightened up: cauliflower 'rice' and grilled mushrooms, prepared simply and deliciously.

The hanger steak was tough. Something in this dish was very spicy and we could not finish it. We won’t order again.

Absolutely delicious. Normally I don’t enjoy steak cooked this well, but the flavor of the sauce was so good. The cauliflower was also surprisingly good, normally I don’t enjoy cauliflower.

Steak was a little too chewy. Cauli-rice was ok. Mushrooms were good!

The meat was not great in quality or taste and the cauliflower mash was just terribly shredded cauliflower, with large chunks.
