Shrimp Scampi is a crowd-pleaser for a reason. With succulent shrimp, lemon, garlic, al dente spaghetti, and, of course, butter, what's not to love?! To boost the dish's nutrition and texture, Chef Ruben mixes in tangles of spiralized zucchini 'zoodles' with the spaghetti. They blend in seamlessly, and add a pop of color to the bright and tangy dish; even the pickiest eaters will love this one!

This tasted great. I loved the sauce and all the zucchini mixed in. The shrimp was cooked just right. One shrimp still had the peel on it, but otherwise a wonderful dish.

Pasta and shrimp cooked perfectly. Love the squash (always open to more veggies) and a good portion of spaghetti. Good sauce, too.

Extremely sloppy work on cleaning & peeling the shrimp. Whole thing was old, bland, & inedible

Fine but boring

I love the portion size and ingredients, but it would benefit a lot from making the sauce thicker and providing more of it so it actually coats the pasta. I always end up needing to add butter
