The flavors are good but this entree needs more substance, more umami. It could be improved with the addition of cubed butternut squash and fresh corn. More sauce would be helpful .

Quinoa was a little hard. I had to “steam” it a bit with some water in the microwave. The sauce did help. The shrimp was crazy salty. The rest was very mild but still not balanced
