This enticing bowl is made with grilled shrimp and healthy tri-color quinoa, plus the best local spinach we could find. Adding red and yellow bell peppers, cucumber and cherry tomato bump up the fresh factor, while a zesty cilantro-lime sauce ties the whole dish together!

Overall nice dish. Shrimp are good and plentiful. Rest of the dish very bland. Will likely order again but will figure out something to add to it for flavor. Green sauce brought nothing to the party

I loved this. It was so tasty. That said there were not nearly enough tomatoes or quinoa. This would be perfect if those sizes were larger. The taste was excellent.

Shrimp were dry. Quinoa and vegetables were good. Sauce was odd so I tossed it.

This was a very filling meal, but the quinoa could have a bit more flavor.
