The sauce is perfection the rest is hit or miss. First salmon was amazing, second and third were barely edible. Sprouts don’t really go with meal.

sproats were hard so i could have separated the salmon from the sprouts. But i think the salmon just needs the oven, i lie my salmon very lightly cooked and it was overcooked while the sprouts hard
