I LOVED the depth of flavor. The cauliflower rice was seasoned so well and balanced the shrimp perfectly! I wasn’t expecting that much flavor and was very pleasantly surprised.

Delicious! Had a decent number of shrimp too. I was a little worried that the herb cauliflower rice was overcooked, but it works well with this dish. Kind of like a stuffing/dressing.

I love this meal. I sometimes overlook it, but it's a consistent pleaser!

The shrimp was delicious. I didn’t care for the herbed cauliflower. I really like cauliflower so it must have been the herbs that overpowered it.
