Ethiopian Berbere Spiced Cod

A light, nourishing take inspired by Ethiopian flavors. Delicate roasted cod is seasoned with aromatic berbere and served over fluffy quinoa with roasted cabbage. A smooth shiro chickpea sauce brings gentle warmth and earthy depth, while lemon, ginger, and spices add a bright finish. With lean protein, whole grains, and fiber-rich vegetables, it’s a wholesome, balanced meal with a clean, subtly spiced flavor.
