Fresh from the grill, this fresh red snapper has that perfect crispy skin and tender white meat. The fish is paired up with rice, charred kale, and roasted cherry tomatoes for a little pop of sweetness. A bright chimichurri sauce brings the whole dish together!

Very flavorful, could’ve used more rice and veggies.

"with charred kale" & it's literally a single leaf lmao but this was delicious I would order it again!

I removed most of the herbs from the sauce since it was solid, I'm glad I did because I think it would have been too much. It was already well seasoned just adding the butter.

Fish is excellent but sauce is super spicy and does not go with the already hot fish.
Large portion. Will try again but use unsalted butter w/ lemon as the sauce.
How about a cream/crawfish sauce?

I thoroughly enjoyed this meal! Although I heated the meal as directed, the snapper was a bit tough yet the flavor made up for it being obercooked. The rice was pefext. Very tastey!
