Chef Andres is serving up a little taste of Louisiana! Perfectly baked Swai fish—a type of catfish—is tender and flaky in the center, but has a nice crisp finish thanks to a crust of Cajun spices. Served with a buttery Cajun pan sauce that adds richness, the dish is made complete by garlicky kale (standing in for the traditional collard greens), as well as sautéed zucchini and bell peppers. This dish proves you can have nutritious, well-balanced meals without sacrificing on flavor.

Delicious and very lean/healthy! The fish was tender and the sauce tasted great.

Did not like this dish. Did not care for the flavor and the texture was almost "soggy", rather than firm like most fish filets are. Won't be ordering this one again

My second favorite dish (not sure about my wife). The kale can be hit or miss.

The kale needs to be chopped. I had to try to cut the kale with a plastic knife. It kept wiggling away.

This is the worst protein I have received and like a refund for this. The vegetables were wonderful but the fish was mushy and lacked flavor.
