Tree Nut Free

Peanut Free

Contains Pork

The flavors of the Yucatan shine in Chef Maribel's marinade, which is made with sour orange blended with achiote and herbs to create the most succulent braised pork ever. That super tender pork is tucked into corn tortillas alongside grilled pineapple, caramelized onions, and Oaxaca and pepper jack cheeses to create the most divine quesadillas you've ever tasted. Served with a refreshing cabbage slaw with a garlic-cilantro vinaigrette dressing and tomatillo sauce on the side, this dish has everything you want and more.
