this was SO good!! it filled me up with great protein without raising my blood sugar much either. packaging did leak juice everywhere but ive learned to keep these meals in their own plastic bag

Loved this meal so luch. The cauliflower grits were so good, and the perfect complement to the cajun shrimp. I liked them better than regular grits!
