This dish is a forever favorite for a reason—garlicky basil pesto and seared chicken breast belong together. The pesto chicken is paired with crispy roasted potatoes, as well as a simple baby kale side salad with cherry tomatoes and parmesan to round out this wholesome meal.

Initially I found the portion to be small, but it is actually just enough. I loved the spices in the pesto sauce and that it came separately. The chicken and veggies stayed fresh for almost a week!

Pesto sauce was great. I personally am not a fan of blistered tomatoes but other than that it was awesome.

Great meal but a bit more flavorful would be great.
