Looking for a healthy option that still promises bright, bold flavors? You can stop searching. Chef Andres sears and roasts a gorgeous, skin-on salmon fillet so the outside is crispy but the inside is flaky, tender perfection. The salmon is served atop a herby, hearty farro and cannellini bean salad that adds a delightful nuttiness and brightness. For even more zest, Chef adds a Mexican-inspired jicama and corn salsa, plus a creamy, refreshing cucumber-cilantro-lime sauce to tie the whole dish together in harmony. This colorful meal is just as delicious as it is nutritious, making it a perfect choice for any season.

The food was very good but the instructions failed to indicate to remove the salad. It said "remove the sauce cupS" but the salad did not come in a sauce cup.

The sauce separated and it didn’t taste quite right. I would prefer a different side with the salmon if possible. The salmon was good!
