This vibrant Latin-inspired dish features grilled chicken glazed with a tangy tamarind-ancho-agave reduction, balanced by a creamy avocado-yogurt sauce and a fresh corn and quinoa salad on a spinach base. It celebrates the balance of sweet, smoky, and citrusy flavors while keeping the build clean, light, and nutrient-focused.

Chicken was surprisingly very bland, especially since it looked like it was covered in spices and flavor.

This was good but not great. It was a good serving of chicken. If the corn was fresh it would be much better.
