Tender gnocchi are mixed with cremini mushrooms and fresh spinach, then tossed in a deeply savory cream sauce infused with the flavor of black truffle. The whole dish is finished with parmesan cheese and fresh parsley for that little bite of freshness at the end.

This dish was so rich I could not finish it. The mushrooms and spinach help cut the richness, but once they were gone, I couldn’t eat anymore of it. Overall, it tasted good. Too much sauce and cheese
