Indulgent, hearty, and perfectly balanced, this creative steak-and-potatoes meal from Chef Cora will become one of your new favorites. Tender, juicy skirt steak is rubbed with a peppery, citrusy Basque spice blend, then grilled to perfection and paired with a bright and savory Feta and asparagus salsa verde. On the side: Smashed garlic potatoes coated with Parmesan and oregano, smoky grilled broccolini, and a lemon wedge for a burst of acidity. Every bite is absolute heaven!
