Shrimp Scampi is a crowd-pleaser for a reason. With succulent shrimp, lemon, garlic, al dente spaghetti, and, of course, butter, what's not to love?! To boost the dish's nutrition and texture, Chef Ruben mixes in tangles of spiralized zucchini 'zoodles' with the spaghetti. They blend in seamlessly, and add a pop of color to the bright and tangy dish; even the pickiest eaters will love this one!

Bland, hardly any taste, meals always need more, almost like eating cardboard noodles. Larger portion would make it better. Like having a snack. After doctoring it up was much tastier.

It was just ok. I liked the added zucchini best. Honestly could have done without the shrimp. Agree with others not enough sauce.

I got sick after eating another meal this shipment. Tossing the others meals. Nausea, intestinal cramps, sweating & the spins. I never get sick. Someone isn't cleaning their cutting board.
