Chef Ludo's Italian Chopped Salad

This is Chef Ludo’s flavor-packed take on the classic Italian chopped salad. It’s built on a bed of fresh lettuce and layered with roasted turkey, chickpeas, pepperoncini, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and tangy feta. A creamy Lemon-Dijon dressing ties it all together, adding richness and a sharp, savory kick.
