In this refined take on Mediterranean comfort, Chef Ludo crusts skin-on salmon with Herbes de Provence—thyme, rosemary, oregano, and a trace of lavender—then roasts it until the exterior crisps and the center stays tender. It’s layered over bucatini swirled in a silky lemon cream sauce, bright with white wine, garlic, and citrus zest. Blistered asparagus brings a touch of char, while garlic butter breadcrumbs finish the plate with heavenly texture.
