I didn't like the green beans in this at all. Hard, rubbery, thin, over-garlicy. my dogs ate half my meat as it was chewy. Sweet potatoes were OK.

Beef was way overcooked from the start. I left the chimichurri off because it was so oily. Sweet potato and green beans were great though.

I wasn’t very impressed with the sweet potatoes they were rather bland
