Chef Nora's broccoli, cheddar, and potato soup is as rich and comforting as they come. The soup features tender pieces of broccoli and Yukon potato, with melted cheddar cheese infused throughout. It's perfect for a quick and satisfying lunch or paired with a salad or sandwich for a heartier meal.

The broccoli was totally uncooked. It was just obliterated raw broccoli particles in cheese soup. Very disappointing. It made it taste like bitter, pre-chewed, veggie platter from the grocery store.

Again, Broccoli????????????????????????????? This was better than that slop Gazpacho but again how does a 220 lb. Man survive on a coup of soup for Dinner? Wrong Move.
