Chef Nora blends two dessert icons into one showstopper. The texture channels classic Latin flan—silky, custardy, and unbelievably smooth—while the cream cheese base brings the tang and body of a New York-style cheesecake. Swirled with mango and passion fruit purée, it's drizzled in a house-made caramel syrup to seal the deal.
I didn’t realize the caramel syrup would be so thin, it just kinda slides right off when you pour it on. It was pretty good dessert overall though. I got more flan than cheesecake from it.

The caramel sauce was very watery and really didn’t add to the overall taste or look of the dessert.

I am not sure why “flan” was needed in the name of this dish. Cheesecake? Yes. Tropical? Ever so mildly so, yes. Flan? No.

It just wasn’t right to me, not the best combo. The carmel syrup was colored sugar water.

Ok but texture was strange. Not really a flan. Not really a cheesecake. Would like it better if it made up its mind and was just one or the other.

Was okay , did enjoy

Terrible taste would give negative stars if could, no one in my family liked it. Sour and bitter not like a flan should taste like at all

More cheesecake than flan, and it was delicious. The citrus acidity was nice and made it feel less rich or heavy.

It was just ok. Nothing special but also not terrible.

Somewhere there's a go9od dessert in there, but the whole shebang is just too heavy in texture and mouthfeel. Needs more sauce too.
