In this traditional recipe, each delicate wonton wrap is filled with a blend of ground pork, shrimp, shallots, and ginger. A flavorful, umami-rich chicken broth laced with steamed bok choy and shiitake mushrooms complements effortlessly. As you savor each bite, you'll understand why the Cantonese call it wonton, which translates to "eating clouds."

Delicious flavor, skimpy on the shiitake mushrooms, otherwise it’d be 5 stars in my book.

The broth was quite bland. This also is not a meal. We had it as a side to bulk up another CU meal that was too small for my partner.
