The ultimate gourmet comfort food, and it's vegan (though you'd never know it). Elbow pasta is doused in rich and creamy cashew béchamel and mixed with black truffle-scented mushrooms for a burst of umami flavor. To take it over the top, it's topped with toasted panko breadcrumbs to bring the crunch you love from baked mac and cheese.
This dish had so much water in it. It was almost like a soup and did not come together even after cooking. Seems like something went wrong during the prep.

This is good enough to get again. More mushrooms would be good.

I loved it, 10/10 taste but I felt it was a huge portion and it should be paired with a steak.
