The ultimate gourmet comfort food, and it's vegan (though you'd never know it). Elbow pasta is doused in rich and creamy cashew béchamel and mixed with black truffle-scented mushrooms for a burst of umami flavor. To take it over the top, it's topped with toasted panko breadcrumbs to bring the crunch you love from baked mac and cheese.
This just didn't taste that great to me? Her carbonara is definitely the way to go instead!

This was good - couldn’t even tell it was vegan. Didn’t really feel like dinner though- would be perfect for lunch.

The first bite was excellent, but it had an increasingly sour aftertaste. Not sure if that's just the abundance of truffle, which I've never experienced.

The first time I ordered this was a 5 star, this time something was off. Will probably try one more time.

Needs more flavor, added salt & pepper. Truffle is too subtle.
