hearty portion. its meant to enjoy cold but I decided to eat warm via toaster oven and it was great. Very filling.

Wonderful combination of lightly steamed ingredients. Prefer the dish warm. Not overly flavored like many others, the earthy tastes of the vegetables shine through and the tahini is a great compliment.
