Shrimps are gently cooked and folded into a rich Tuscan-style vegetable medley featuring mushrooms, kale, cherry tomatoes, garlic, basil, and a smooth blend of cream and cheese. As everything simmers together, the sauce thickens and coats the shrimp and vegetables, creating a warm, comforting casserole. Grated Parmesan finishes things off.

Very disappointing. Poor prep ruined it. The vegetables were raw. The broccoli was past it's prime, yellow, and not trimmed. The shrimp had been frozen. The sauce was fantastic though.
