Tender penne pasta is coated in a creamy mushroom sauce infused with garlic, shiitake mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes. Kale adds freshness and texture, while crumbled goat cheese and sliced almonds bring a creamy, nutty contrast. A touch of white truffle oil finishes the dish with an earthy, aromatic depth.

Bland, dry and disappointing. Had 3 tiny pieces of kale in it. Mushrooms were rubbery and undercooked. No truffle flavor at all, had to add another sauce to it.

Mushrooms were so tough it was like chewing gum. The kale was also chewy

It was good. I think it would have been better with a little more goat cheese.

I loved this dish also! I had enough left to take it for lunch the next day. It is now one of my favorites.
