Salmon is pan-fried at high heat to ensure a nice, crispy finish on the outside but a moist and tender inside. Chef Andres cooks the salmon with a Cajun seasoning that's full of flavor and packs a spicy punch. The medium level of heat goes perfectly with fresh avocado sauce and a refreshing cucumber salsa to cool everything off.

The salmon is excellent and while I thought the portion was small - it was surprisingly filling!

I really liked this meal, but I think it needs more of the cucumber salsa. I added pinto beans to my meal to make it more filling.

Salmon was excellent. Cucumber salsa had to be thrown out. Cucumber was not ripe!
