Salmon is pan-fried at high heat to ensure a nice, crispy finish on the outside but a moist and tender inside. Chef Andres cooks the salmon with a Cajun seasoning that's full of flavor and packs a spicy punch. The medium level of heat goes perfectly with fresh avocado sauce and a refreshing cucumber salsa to cool everything off.

The Salmon was good but I didn't care for the Cucumber Salsa. Unfortunately, I received more salsa than salmon.

This was great! I used a thermometer so it wouldn't overcook and it was juicy and delicious! Took about 50 seconds in the microwave. A sprinkle of s&p on the cucumbers was all it needed.
