I would give this a 4.2. It was good but the beef was cooked more than I would have liked. It was like medium well when I prefer medium rare. Also did not care for the potatoes but then as a rule I don't like sweet potatoes.

We had our friends over for their anniversary to introduce them to these meals we had been telling them about. None of us cared much for the salsa verde, but the dinner as a whole was delicious and ample quantity. They were impressed.
