This dish takes your favorite fish up a notch a little bit of heat and a lot of flavor. Salmon is packed in healthy omega 3 fats and vitamin D and shines when pan seared to perfection. Chef Andres kicks it up a notch with zesty, zingy Cajun seasoning, which goes really well with crunchy green beans and peppers.

Salmon very fishy, dry

The cajun sauce blended wonderfully with the salmon. I liked how the skin was left on the salmon.

Taste and texture was great! The green beans were the best I've had in a home-delivery meal.

Pretty basic good meal with good flavor. Green beans could have been a bit softer. Sauce was very soupy and not sure the sauce really contributed that much to the meal because it didn't seem to soak into the food or coat the food at all.
