Wild-caught salmon gets a smoky-spicy crust from a bold Cajun rub, then is paired with garlicky green beans and roasted red peppers. A smooth roasted pepper sauce on the side adds richness and some kick.

This was the best meal so far. Great flavor and the veggies were cooked perfectly.

delicious. I use the sauce as a dipping one rather than pouring it over salmon cooked perfectly

The flavor was good, but the salmon was overcooked and dry (not your usual perfectly cooked salmon). The green beans were nearly raw, even after heating the meal.

Really appreciated the nice large amount of veggies. Felt the salmon needed more seasoning. Sauce was lacking flavor. Sorry, but we are very picky with fish.

It might have been my prep, but the fish was a little dry. Flaky and tasty, and there was enough sauce to sop up and give more moisture to the fish.
