Spiced, smoked, and slowly cooked, beef brisket shines in this one-bowl wonder, stacked with cilantro rice, refried beans, and baby spinach. Served with salsa verde cruda—a fresh blend of tomatillo and jalapeno—and topped with pepperjack cheese, this dish brings Texas and Mexico in flavor form.

Pretty Good. Meat tasted fresh and it had a good amount of it.

Wasn't that great. Brisket didn't take smoke but it was okay. Probably would not repeat. At least it had a little more food than your other trays I got that day

Always delicious. Staple meal. Portion of rice/beans could be larger. Meat is great. Also wondering if there could be a non premium option that is similar
