Spiced, smoked, and slowly cooked, beef brisket shines in this one-bowl wonder, stacked with cilantro rice, refried beans, and baby spinach. Served with salsa verde cruda—a fresh blend of tomatillo and jalapeno—and topped with pepperjack cheese, this dish brings Texas and Mexico in flavor form.

One of my new favorites. Everything was portioned great. The brisket had good flavor and was tender and the rice was cooked perfectly

Meat, beans, and rice without a vegetable? This is stodgy and unappealing. The onions in the sauce were not diced small and were also unappetizing.

Tasted great. I had a ton of refried beans. I had a ton of rice. I had 8 tiney cubed pieces of brisket the size of Alpo dog food. When I ordered this meal in Mn, it was different. Way better

Needs a little more umph in the flavor, perhaps it’s lacking some salt
