Savor the bold flavors of chipotle lime salmon paired with roasted Brussels sprouts. Fresh salmon fillets are marinated in a lime juice, and maple syrup, then seared to perfection. Tender Brussels sprouts are roasted adding a nutty crunch. This smoky, tangy, and slightly sweet dish is perfect for a wholesome, flavorful meal that delights every bite.

Super good for such a basic meal! I love basic though. As usually I add an extra veggie to bulk out the meal a tad more.

Flavor was good but the salmon was overcooked, which made it dry while reheating & there wasn’t any skin which adds flavor.
