Potatoes still did not seem done after 25 minutes in oven.

the side af potatoes should be a meal in them selves, very flavorful.

A lemon wedge with the salmon would have been nice; the potato gratin needed more flavor, even if just some pepper and salt.

It was OK. It was pretty filling in the salmon was cooked well. The potatoes had a nice layering and I don’t know that I could’ve done a better job of making the potatoes.

Simple meal. Fish good but plain. Large portion of Potatos cheezy but despite being cut very thin were undercooked, tasted ok but were too raw. Suggest cooking more before shipping out.

the potatoes were crunchy and way under-cooked. half the potatoes were black it was nearly inedible. The salmon was boring and underwhelming. The potatoes were the biggest issue.
