Chef Raymundo fills warm corn tortillas with sautéed chicken, plum tomatoes, and jalapeños, then folds in mozzarella and toasts until the cheese pulls just right. Acreamy avocado-cilantro sauce and cool Greek yogurt on the side bring balance to the gentle heat.
I’m not a huge fan of corn tortillas but the rest was good!

Great flavors. One of the meals that’s worth heating in the oven OR an air fryer, but still isn’t half bad if you have to microwave it

Only a four as I missed it was corn tortillas which I can’t eat. But I put the other ingredients in a bowl and they were very good.

The filling & seasoning was delicious. However, all 3 tortillas completely fell apart. I couldn’t even pick them up off my plate to eat them before they split in two and all of the contents fell out.
