The fish was delish! Flaky and tender with a wonderful sauce. Asparagus was a bit tough, but cooked well enough.

The cod is so good and the sauce that gets poured over it makes this one of my favorite dishes. Beautiful asparagus with red and yellow peppers that are all tender crisp is how I like my veggies done.

The flavor of the cod was really nice. I like have some meals that are on the smaller lighter side, which this one is.
