Okay this is strike2 for Tony Perez! The food was bland and the cod was kinda rubbery. This is the second meal this week from Tony that did not meet standards as a gourmet meal. Tony you can do better

This once was a five star meal. Tender, easily flaked cod with a tasty sauce and my favorite vegetables. But this week, the cod was absolutely RAW, tough and translucent. Inedible.
