This plant-based, gluten-free breakfast is a nutritional powerhouse! Full of superfoods with antioxidants, protein, and fiber, these oats will fuel you all day long. Chef Emily uses a blend of oats and chia for a balanced texture in her overnight oats mix, then adds almond milk to make it creamy and rich. Layered with blueberry compote then topped with fresh berries and toasted coconut, this breakfast tastes so good, you wouldn't even know it was good for you.
Tasty and healthy breakfast, wish it had full blue berries.

I don't mind the overnight oats.

So delicious! Chia makes it feel lighter/more hydrating than plain oatmeal, still very thick and lovely. I only wish for more blueberries (there is never any whole fruit) and less coconut.

Pretty good! Wish there where more fresh fruit and some crunchy elements to give the dish more variation in texture. The coconut flakes were added on top of the oats so they were soft

Hits that sugar/sweet craving but is healthy. Feels naturally sweetened.
