A delightful twist on the classic favorite, Chef Miriam’s tart features a scrumptious, silky-smooth pumpkin filling that beautifully melds the rich flavors of fall with a hint of refreshing orange zest. Nestled in a buttery shell and infused with seasonal spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves, it’s a perfect balance of sweetness and warmth.
This is pretty good, and I’m impressed by successfully translating pumpkin pie into a tart size. But the pumpkin filling could use a bit more flavor, I think?

The crust doesn’t travel well and the custard was broken.

I love this, it's one of my favorite desserts. It's 1 serving, but contains two tarts. I eat one for my dessert one night and the other on another night. It gives you 2 lower calorie desserts, nice when having a higher calorie meal.

Tart good but the cream tasted like it'd gone a bit sour and couldn't eat it
