I am sensitive to spice but thought it would be ok since it’s not marked as such. It is definitely spicy but good flavor. Onions & peppers weren’t diced which gave a weird texture.

Not sure why corn was in the title. Mostly rice, and the sour cream wasn’t enough to offset the dryness.
