This is NOT tagged as spicy. BUT IT SHOULD BE. It was too spicy for me, but my husband loved it. He said it was very tasty, but there is NOTHING mild about it. (I am soooo frustrated with spicy dishes not being flagged as spicy!)

Flavor is very good. Dish is heavy on rice, it felt needed some chicken, or at least a larger portion of beans.
