Smoky, sweet, and savory, the chipotle-maple glaze on this tender salmon filet is the real star of this dish. It takes the buttery fish from good to great, especially when paired with Chef Ruben's mango pico de gallo and a side of fresh, lemony green beans. The bold, tangy flavors in this dish make it much more fun and exciting to eat than your average "health food", yet it's still full of nutrition. This meal is ideal for a light lunch or a protein-packed dinner after an intense workout.

Tremendous amount of flavor for very few calories, and plenty of veggies, thank you.

This meal was amazing! I don't even like salmon. I only eat it because I should. Everything was perfect and pulling the green beans out and adding them later was brilliant! The sauce was delicious!!

Prefer green beans to be done a bit more. Salmon portion could be larger. Overall, it was not filling.

The mango pico de gallo is such an afterthought. If you're going to give it to us give us some it's so hard to eat. Do I use a spoon I have to fish around and look for it. I I love green beans but there's too many of them and they're very hard and frankly I share them with my dog. The sauce is nothing remarkable is it sweet is it spicy it really is neither and in so many dishes the sauces are just forgettable or not even necessary
