This vibrant, plant-based curry brings together soft sweet yams, earthy chickpeas, and the subtle bite of tender cauliflower. Simmered in a rich coconut milk sauce infused with fragrant Indian spices, it’s a deeply flavorful, satisfying dish. Served over aromatic basmati rice to soak up every last drop.
This was just okay, not much better than a frozen Indian entree, and a very small amount of the curry vegetables.

I love spicy foods; however, the spice level makes the dish borderline unenjoyable. I gave my friend one of the same dishes and he could barely make it through it.

For me this had a lot of interesting textures but it was too spicy.
