It’s just what you want in a salmon dish: a salmon fillet pan-seared until golden. Chef Andres completes the meal with garlicky green beans and basmati rice cooked in coconut milk. Top it all off with a sweet and sour passionfruit-white wine sauce for an extra memorable meal!

Not a fan, it was pretty basic for a premium meal.

Same goes for this salmon dish. It was overcooked. Please leave the salmon moist, just a bit "less cooked" so I can enjoy it. If I could get that, it would be perfect!
Andres started working years ago in the food industry, he is one of the hardest workers we've ever seen. He worked at different restaurants in Manhattan, the latest one he's been working at is Extra Virgin. He started helping us create CookUnity from the beginning, a year ago, and was always by our side. Now it's his turn to shine at CookUnity with amazing dishes and a thrive for perfection!
