It’s just what you want in a salmon dish: a skin-on fillet pan-seared until crispy and golden. Chef Andres completes the meal with crunchy, garlicky green beans and basmati rice cooked in coconut milk. Top it all off with a passionfruit white wine sauce for an extra memorable meal.

This meal is so good that it makes me want to cry tears of joy. The maracuyá sauce is heavenly. I am going to order this every single chance I get. Chef Andrés, you've outdone yourself!

Very tasty. Salmon was a little over done but good just the same. Thoroughly enjoyed this dish

Salmon needed something more

Picture looked better that actual dish. Sauce added some flavor, but the dish needed something more. Very bland

I did not like the sauce and without it the meal was dry. I also realized that I don’t like coconut rice. My husband loved it!
