Chef Miriam transforms two simple ingredients, chicken and pasta, into a dynamic Italian duo. Juicy chicken breast are rubbed in herbs and baked in a velvety Tuscan-style sauce that pops with sun-dried tomatoes. A generous handful of spinach adds a fresh burst before it’s poured over thick, sauce-catching ribbons of pappardelle.

The pappardelle pasta basically just got broken into bite sized bits, so honestly any pasta would do. I really liked the flavor of this dish. Will order again.
