Chef Miriam's hibiscus sorrel chicken wings are unlike any other wings you've had before. The wings are marinated in a spiced hibiscus (sorrel) sauce, which gives them a striking red hue and a uniquely tangy sweet-tart flavor with just a hint of heat from sweet Thai chili sauce. Baked to perfection, the wings are juicy and fall-off-the-bone tender. Served with a extra side of hibiscus sauce to dip, it's a refreshing twist on a comforting classic.

not enough for a meal, need a few more wings. I wanted to really like these, but the flavor was so light. needed more intensity in the flavor. sauce was very watery, maybe if it were thicker.
