Chef Akhtar takes inspiration from his favorite dishes to create an elevated meal for the holidays and beyond! The star of the dish is the herb-roasted flat iron steak, tender and juicy and packed with herbaceous flavor throughout. The steak is sliced and served alongside a gingery sweet potato purée and brown butte-laced green beans almondine. A rich red wine jus drizzled on top is the perfect finishing touch on this elegant restaurant-quality dish.

The only thing that I did not like was the packaging. Everything was mixed together.
