Packed with vitamins, potassium, and anti-inflammatory benefits, these red beets will nourish you from the inside out. Naturally sweet, they’re slowly braised until just tender and served with an Indian-spiced yogurt that’s tangy and creamy. Whether paired with a main or added to a salad, this side is a wholesome way to brighten your day.

I liked this better when I first tried it. It seems to be lacking flavor now

This was not as good as the last time. It didn’t have as much flavor in the sauce.

Not sure about the combination of the sauce with the beets. Each was good separately, but probably wouldn’t order it again. I do love the veggie sides-please make more options!

This was great! Could use a little less cinnamon as that lends more sweet for me, but still fantastic!

Chef Akhtar you have outdone yourself on this dish! So freakin' delicious! AND what an amazing accompaniment to Chef Aarthi's Tandoori Skirt Steak! Way to go, chefs!
