Craving a protein-packed meal that’s practically exploding with bright, zesty flavor? Chef Tony ‘s Chili-Lime Baked Tilapia is here for you. He marinates then bakes delicate tilapia fillets in a spicy, tangy, rich blend of butter, chili powder, cumin, garlic, honey, and lime juice. (Don’t worry, there’s plenty more of that delicious marinade on the side to use as a sauce.) He serves it with a hearty side of lightly charred Roasted Broccoli and tender cubes of sweet potato. A garnish of fresh cilantro adds a pop of color and flavor to this sensational meal that takes weeknight dining to a whole new level.

Very disappointed. Sweet potatoes were the only tasty item. The abundance of broccoli was overcooked and the tilapia was flavorless. The watery sauce was no improvement.

I’ve always enjoyed this dish but lately there are more hunks of broccoli than anything else.

Fish was bland and sweet potato was unpeeled which I found unappealing even if more nutritious. Portion size was perfect. Broccoli was good

Great taste and portion size! If you also come from Tovala, steam for 13 minutes was perfect.
