First, the potatoes were great, cooked perfectly. The lamb however had a thick fat cap that had not been rendered and the cooked on the meat was Well done. Taste wise it was good and i liked the wine reduction. They This could have gotten 5 stars however the portions are not consistent. On my partners tray there were 3 chops with very little fat and 2 chops on mine with too much fat making the meal greasy.

Meat was very tough and the portion(for and upcharge) was ridiculous. Also very salty
